Cancellation Policy

Public training courses

• More than 14 days: full refund or transfer, subject to availability.
• Within 14 days: non-refundable.
• No-shows: no refund or transfer.

Onsite training and workshops

• More than 14 days: no cancellation fee.
• 7–14 days: up to 50% of the quoted fee may apply.
• Less than 7 days: up to 100% may apply.

Strategy Services

No charge where work has not commenced. Once work begins, completed consultation, research, documents and program development may be invoiced.

Changes to bookings

Where possible, we will work with clients to reschedule, subject to availability.
