Bookings & payments

• Quotes are valid for 60 days unless stated otherwise.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received under the agreed terms.
• Payment terms appear on the quotation or invoice.
• NTAC Group is not registered for GST. Prices are GST-free unless stated otherwise.
• Public places are limited and secured on payment.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate booking information and, for onsite delivery, a suitable training environment and agreed facilities.

Intellectual property

Training materials, resources and documents remain the intellectual property of NTAC Group unless agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

NTAC Group will exercise reasonable care but is not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by law.
